Vegas - Video Chat & Dating is a new way to make frined by instantly random matching, then start face to face chatting with them. We collect your personal information. We share your name, avatar, age, gender with other Vegas users. We do not share your personal information with any other business entities.

We will collect your name, age, gender, avatar, email address. If you apply to become a teacher, we may also ask you to provide us with some additional information, such phone number, real name, mail address for payment.

When you contact Vegas Support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer.

Information We Get When You Use Our Services

When you use our services, we collect information about which of those services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. We might record video when you video chat with another user. Here’s a fuller explanation of the types of information we collect 

1. Usage Information. We collect information about your activity through our services. For example, we may collect information about: you interact with the services, such as which user profile page you view, which friend you call.
2. Content Information. We collect information about the content you provide, such as Feed and Topic you create by using Vegas App.
3. Camera and Photos. When you start a video chat with another user. We will record the video. We have three reasons to do that:
   
   • investigate user improper behavior. When we receive user report of their chatting partner improper behavior such as sex abuse, language abuse. We will use record video to investigate.
   • users' age restriction
   • understand user and provide better service.
4. Location Information.

We don’t use GPS to collect accurate location. However, we guess which city user live by IP information when user login in and user can change it in App.

How We Use Information

What do we do with the information we collect? We may use information that we collect about you to:

• deliver our products and services, and manage our business;
• manage your account and provide you with customer support;
• perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services, or content, or products, services or content offered by others;

• perform ad tracking and website or mobile application analytics;
• We do not share your information with any other Group companies or other third parties.

  We may share the following information with other Users:
  • information about you, such as your name, your avatar, your age, your gender,
  • any additional information you have you create by using App.
  • the content you post or send will be shared with other User; Photos and Video user create in the Apps.

Children

Our services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available through the service.
